Triaxis ("we", "us", "our") operates SiteBook. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information We Collect
- Account information: Phone number or email address used to sign in via Firebase Authentication.
- Project data: Project names, payment records, payment requests, credit purchases, and related financial entries you create within the app.
- Attachments: Photos or documents you upload as receipts, stored in Firebase Storage.
- Device identifiers: Anonymous device ID used for sync conflict resolution only.
How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate your identity and provide access to your projects.
- To sync your project data between your devices and with invited collaborators.
- To enforce project limits and in-app purchase entitlements.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, and Storage). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Expense ledgers are private to the account that created them and are never shared with other users.
Data Sharing
Project data marked as "shared" (payment requests, settlements, audit logs) is visible to both the contractor and client within that project. Private expense ledgers are never shared.
We do not share data with any third party except Google Firebase, which acts solely as our infrastructure provider.
Data Retention and Deletion
You may delete your projects at any time from within the app. When both parties delete a shared project, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers.
You may request full account deletion from within the app (Account → Delete Account). This removes your authentication record and all associated data.
Children's Privacy
SiteBook is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
